Meet the Team

Members Panel
Forming the mainstay for member consultation, involvement and empowerment; the member's panel is an open forum held once a month to which all members are invited. The panel members have the opportunity to raise concerns or make suggestions and actively engage in shaping the delivery of the service that they receive.
Members could then become involved in reviewing both Strategic and Business Plan proposals, comparing performance information; representing Liverpool YMCA in the NW YMCA Region, YMCA England and YMCA Europe or become a members Health and Safety representative.
Representatives from the member's panel have already been involved in the interviewing and recruitment of all new staff employed since the move to Leeds St.
The YMCA will provide panel members with the appropriate training to enable them to have the confidence and assertiveness to become involved should they so wish.
